Brain Sex

An inquisitive young schoolgirl (Marino Fujisawa) discover a lone pirate radio DJ operating out of a van and decides to team up with him. Initially just broadcasting thoughts and opinions, the show becomes increasingly perverse as the pair begin detailing the kinky sex they witness strangers having around the city. All is fun and good... until they stumble upon—and begin directly engaging with—a serial killer who targets women.

Manipulating the multiple layers of distance between people through video surveillance and audio broadcast, legendary filmmaker Hisayasu Satô continues his exploration of alienation, voyeurism, and technology in the critically-acclaimed Brain Sex (also known as Radical Hysteria Tour).
