"Pure Indulgence"

Abbey’s (Juliet Anderson) husband Harlan (Bobby Astyr) is overworked, undersexed, and wholly concerned with the bills. While Harlan toils away, Abbey knows just the cure for her housewife’s blues—as does her posh best friend Barbara (Jody Maxwell), whose own husband Victor (Robert Kerman) is lusting after his fellow attorney Diedre (Veronica Hart). Meanwhile, Cassie’s (Marlene Willoughby) life as a high fashion model masks her secret profession as an escort, and her newest client happens to be Harlan. Spurning Victor, Diedre decides to take a chance with hotshot artist Eddie (John Leslie), while Victor finds a willing partner in shy secretary Felicia (Merle Michaels). When everyone’s secrets begin to unravel, will these outlaw ladies stay on top?

Among the first hardcore features directed by the legendary Ron Sullivan (Babylon Pink) under his Henri Pachard pseudonym, Outlaw Ladies relies on one of his favorite narrative structures: an interwoven, character-driven, day-in-the-life comedy. Working from his own screenplay, Sullivan crafts a clever, funny, and scorching story of women whose insatiable libidos are outshined only by their wit and cunning.
