A young Japanese housewife named Ito (Yoko Ono) arrives in New York to reunite with her husband, only to learn that he’s gotten mixed up in a life of drugs and crime. Meanwhile, a gang of strung out dope fiends decide to terrorize the streets, kidnapping and tormenting beautiful women just for kicks.
